Your Notion data never reaches our servers. Task Bond operates with complete privacy protection:

• Your Notion data is processed locally and securely
• Only processed, anonymized task summaries are sent to OpenAI for prioritization
• No raw Notion content, personal information, or sensitive data reaches our servers. The only thing we send to our server is billing information and authentication data. You can verify this using any network monitor.

How We Use Your Data

• Beta Communications: We use your email to notify you about beta access and important updates
• Product Improvement: Anonymous usage analytics help us improve the user experience
• Task Processing: Your Notion data is processed locally and securely to generate prioritized task lists

Third-Party Services

OpenAI

When you use Task Bond, anonymized task summaries (not your raw Notion data) are sent directly to OpenAI's API for prioritization processing. This communication is encrypted and bypasses our servers entirely.

Notion

Task Bond connects directly to your Notion workspace using Notion's official API. This connection is established securely with your explicit authorization.

• Your Notion authentication tokens are stored securely and privately
